Inspiration

The idea of a luxury retreat in the Riverland came from third generation Australian citrus and wine grape growers, Rick and Cathy Edmonds whose ancestors were early settler pioneers who help developed the Riverland.

With a passion for travel, Rick and Cathy wanted to provide a unique accommodation experience, to showcase their extraordinary location.

This prosperous and fertile area known as the fruit bowl of South Australia is fed by 2500 km (1553 miles) long Murray River which sustains the diversity in flora and fauna and the largest River Red Gum Forest in the world.

Turning their green thumbs to tourism and luxury accommodation, Rick and Cathy are proud to share their piece of the Riverland with the luxury residences of The Frames.
